The Rock County FFA Chapter has started off the school year with lots of activities! They have been doing a lot of fundraising: selling Rockopoly games (which are Monopoly games customzied with Bassett businesses), homecoming rose sales, and homecoming tailgate party.

They competed at District 2 Range Judging Contest in Mullen. The following students received ribbons in the Jr. Division: Jeff Knox, 4th; Bethany Blackburn, Cameron Smith, and Aaron Kroll: Top 25%. Abby Sybrant placed in the top 25% at Districts in the Sr. Division.

 

At state in Burwell on Oct. 1, Jeff Knox finished in the top 25% in the Jr. Division. They will be attending a livestock judging districts in Neligh on October 15. They will also be holding their annual, much anticipated CLUE CAPER in October.
